News scoop – remember you got it here first!

We continue to track the listing of KURSI on the floor of NSE.

The much anticipated listing took place on Friday, 16 May 2009, for 542 shares. Just to remind you the security was floated by Election Commission of India and had found 8070 applicants.

However contrary to all expectation a huge block of listing was cornered by certain “dus numbria” family. It is matter of speculation by one and all how they managed to corner complete management control of the issue and have full rights in formation of board of directors.

Market sources have confirmed that due to such heavy cornering of block of shares by a group the market pricing of security is almost zero and hardly any trading on the exchange would be witnessed. The chairman of NSE has issued a press note stating “(Those) who had indulged in speculative kerb trading have been firmly reminded that investments in grey market without fundamentals is rife with risks and without recourse. We firmly ask all members to discourage such practises”. Punters who had collected seizable war chests in anticipation of brisk trade and pricing moves are disappointed and are now looking at other counters to invest their capital.

Another aspirant for control, Ms. Yucatan, has raised her voice alleging rigging in allotment of shares and has been sulking. Dr. Just Jealous has been silent and has been reportedly been in therapy involving counting her high heel shoes and “saree’s” again. Mr. Steele has tendered resignation from the syndicate that was the in the race for the longest time.

Meanwhile at Kursi, the new board would be firmly in place soon.

In another related story it is being rumored that another mafiosi family, which was deeply involved in the KURSI issue, has lost heavily in gold trade. Its credibility been hit by accusations that 24 karat material being released by them in the market is not really pure. This has led to a major credibility gap and price has taken a hit. While the family squabbles its metal has almost lost its 24 karat sheen. It is being suggested that a complete invetory be undertaken to root out suspect material.
